November 2, 2021 - Surprisingly, this bottle was showing better than the last one I opened in 2017. At that time, I thought the fruit was nearly gone and it’s time was up. Not this bottle. Still has good fruit. Moderate red, no rust notes. Significantly gelled fruit, tannins and acid. Leathery tannins when young are now pretty well integrated, making for pleasant drinking without meat at hand.

May 11, 2019 - Still in great shape, but worth drinking up in the next year or so.

September 8, 2017 - First bottle from the vintage I had was in 2015 (see that TN). Since then the tannins have mellowed a bit, but so has the fruit. Still drinking well, just different proportions. A bit more mellow of a wine, acidity unchanged.

    June 29, 2016 - Very well!
    Always an elegant style

    17年补个中文:所以说帕洛美是真的好啊,连续喝了两个不好的年份,表现都不错。

March 31, 2015 - Drinking well now. Dark red with peripheral clearing in a glass, a tinge of rust in color and taste from this now 9 year old wine. Still a bit rough, chewy -- typical of the Haut-Medoc. Overall quite good fruit for a Bordeaux, with matching acidity and tannins. Enjoyed it with a flank steak.
