February 2, 2023 - Still a bit young, but fun to drink now. Medium bodied with full red color. Strong nose of cherry, anise and fresh green herbs. Very dry and bright with silky tannins right from start. Flavors of ripe plums and bing cherries with dark bitter chocolate. Finishes with a reinvigoration of raspberry and subtle green apple
