January 6, 2024 - Absolutely terrific as I’ve come to expect from Laroche’s Fourchaumes. This is in the spot now, but there’s absolutely no rush. Textbook Chablis with all the chalk and minerality one could dream about, but there’s also enough fruit to keep the wine charming.

Maybe my go-to Chablis. Great price point.

Some lemon and yellow apple notes on the nose.
Dry, bracing acidity. Apple's, some lime notes. High minerality. Absolutely delicious wine. Case worthy. Great price!!!
