February 19, 2022 - Sampled 2nd bottle 2/18/22 - 3 years old and maintains structure with quite a bit of verbena and citrus in nose; tastes a bit ‘burnt’ on the palate but definitely ok to drink rest of bottle after Rechill- has lost its finish but really fun to taste as it’s aged since the first bottle that was terrific. Still maintains that essence which surprised my group. Would be great with afternoon popcorn perhaps.
