October 3, 2023 - Qantas Business Class - Ground & Air; 10/3/2023-10/6/2023 (Sydney, Antique aircraft, Bangkok): {375ml, screwcap} Vanilla bean with botrytis/apricot aromas. Lavishly syrupy palate, medium-sweet, with medium acidity and medium/full weight. Apricot and caramel flavours. Right in the slot for the label. These days a drink-now style, but rich and reliable and with a decently long finish. Yum. (QF23 SYD > BKK Business Class)

November 10, 2021 - Deep golden in the glass. Blasting aromas of ripe peach, dried apricot, iris, jasmine and baked apple. Not overly sweet because it's backed up by some really solid Semillon acidity. Long, refreshing finish. Always delivers.

February 14, 2021 - Had a couple of its via Coravin (christening the device). As expected, smooth, honeyed with sime apricot and orange blossom notes and marmalade on the tail. Looking forward to keeping this one to savour bit by bit over time. Really fresh to drink. A delight. Update 10 April 2021 - finished the bottle after several goes at it using Coravin. Still as fresh and delightful.
