September 30, 2023 - Passed the peak, mushroom only on the aroma, still a bit fruits on the palate and finishing. Gone.

October 14, 2021 - Bottle breathe for 20 min. Nice nose with scent of fruit and flower, the palate is fully matured with some plum and simple wood, medium finishing. Past the peak and enjoy drinking now
