Glad I drank this young as it doesn’t feel built to age, but I’ll try the single vineyard bottles with 5+ years.
  
  This was a good pairing with asparagus risotto. Sadly we didn’t have any fresh parsley because this is crying out for that.

  May 9, 2021 - Lemon and grapefruit aromas with an Italian herb note. The palate has pear, lemon, grapefruit, dried herbs and pronounced white pepper finish. Consistently good wine from this producer.

  April 14, 2021 - Nice, but not great. Good QPR at this price point. Very clean and crisp. Found the mid point a bit hollow. Paired well with mushroom pasta.
