February 13, 2024 - Definite signs of oxidation and age. Probably better many years ago, but this is still showing interest, with typical Gewurz character, zingy acidity, and moderate sweetness.

    January 1, 2011 - still drinkable

May 10, 2007 - Clearly past its prime, heavy notes of rancio dominate the palate. Suprising amounts of fruit and acidity remain, but it is hard to detect the 15.1% sugar that existed at the time of bottling. 10-15 second finish. Despite all its flaws, it is still a complex and enjoyable sip. I intend to acquire a replacement.
