  January 14, 2024 - Shiny yellow-gold with green tint. Citrus, yellow delicious apple, poached pear, honeycomb, white flowers, salted margarita, ginger, oyster shell, wedding cake, and minerality. Medium bodied, medium acidity, medium midpalate and medium alcohol. Complex and elegant, but midpalate is moderate. Long honey-ginger finish.
  
  This would go very well with cold cuts and cheese.

  October 14, 2023 - Preserved lemon, lime zest, citrus blossom, ripe peach, ripe apricot, beeswax, cantaloup melon, fresh oregano, and struck flint. Deep yellow color. 7 years of aging. M+ body. M+ acid with a heavier, slightly oily texture. M+/Pronounced aromatic and flavor intensity. Long finish. A very nice wine.

  November 3, 2021 - A delicate nose of honeysuckle, preserved lemon, white peach and smoky mineral. It is textural and layered with flavour. There's great levels of dry extract but the wine is balanced and engaging. It has echoes of fruit and so much mineral to the long finish.

  December 10, 2020 - A fine and complex nose of citrus, smoky mineral and wild herbs. It is full and intense in the mouth, with excellent drive and detail. It builds through the palate, finishing with loads of chalky dry extract. It is powerful, long and oozes minerality.
