October 15, 2020 - Clean and pure lemon juice flavors deliver a straight and even-keeled push across the palate, giving the impression of a clarified and semi-refined profile. Not a ton of depth or complexity, but refreshing and performing within its given class as expected.
Near-identical to a 2018 Henri Boillot Bourgogne Blanc I had the other night, with this HL having an added hit of the exotic with some extended air. Drink now or hold for a couple of years to see if it is able to fill in a little more.
