Definitely improved over time but it still was a bit tartish fruit,
No earth, a bit one dimensional -

January 22, 2022 - Brought to drink at Oinoscent during service
The wine shows beautiful perfume, earthy, spicy, savoury, fresh sour cherry, red currant, cinnamon candy.
In the palate, the wine is smooth, medium acidity, medium tannins, savoury again, sour cherry, red cherries, spicy, fine oak frame, a bit decadent, better, more balanced and lacking the green stalky notes of the 2019 I had a few months ago, ending with a long finish. -

Je n'ai pas les marqueurs du Pinot, trop mûr pour moi et pas l'habitude, au demeurant c'est tout de même intéressant, solaire mais équilibré et ferme (à l'italienne...). La fraicheur en finale est savoureuse, les tanins fins et serrés lui offrent qq années pour s'épanouir et se complexifier.

August 29, 2021 - Picking up a little earthiness alongside the nice fruit…has bright acidity.
However there is something about this wine that doesn’t seem right..
I can’t really identify why except maybe it’s disjointed but there is also something about the taste or finish I don’t dig…
It’s not bad, there is just something not quite right…
I wouldn’t buy this again
