March 5, 2021 - Zoom tasting of South African wines, hosted by Stone Vine & Sun, Hampshire, UK. I generally like pinotage, though this example is not as fruity as some, so I can see why it will split opinion. Dark Burgundian colour. Light spice on the nose, blackcurrant, with good depth. Tobacco and charcoal on the palate. Drunk over a couple of evenings, it didn't change.
