Community Tasting Notes 3

January 27, 2021 - Unfortunately can’t remember very many details. It was on the lighter side and I think we may have drank it chilled over the summer. I remember liking it but that’s about it.

November 27, 2020 - Light bodied- fruit forward. Notes of strawberry, currant and rhubarb. Tart but balanced. Strong finish. Lovely light Loire wine. Could be chilled slightly.

September 30, 2020 - Popped and poured. Aroma of cloves and allspice. Rich, but tart, berry flavors, strawberry/watermelon and mineral finish. Fresh, restrained, firm backbone, some complexity, great staying power. Classic Loire gamay at a very attractive price.
