February 18, 2011 - bubbly. Nose of asian pear, mineral, and citrus. Taste: Off dry, slight effervescence, strong acidity. Sweet pineapple, mango, and lemonade. Nice depth with slight cream puff. Well structured and balanced wine.

January 22, 2011 - Jaune très pâle avec des reflets verdâtres très pâle - légèrement perlant. Le nez dégage des arômes de pétrole, de litchi puis il s'ouvre lentement sur le minéral. En bouche, attaque fraîche et minérale et on ne détecte pas le perlant. Frais, fruité et minéral mais un peu trop uni-dimensionel. Bien fait.
