April 30, 2021 - 17/20 Coup de Coeur. Rubis vif, prononcé. Nez cerise intense. La bouche est tout aussi intense avec un fruité très généreux. La structure est étonnante. Saveurs de torréfaction, de café, de fruits et quelques notes de cuir. C’est expressif et fort bien fait. Pour moins de 16$.... aucune hésitation !

Teinte qui tire vers le marron. Nez alléchant, fruité avec une certaine complexité. Balsa et olives noires. En bouche, c’est gouleyant avec du fruit, du fruit et du fruit. L’ensemble reste simple mais tout à fait plaisant.
