March 4, 2021 - Very little on the nose. Tannin well balanced with the acid but very little fruit. We did enjoy the pizza, but there was not a lot of complexity happening for us.

Claramente moderno en esta botella. Carácter a ciruelas maduras con notas de la madera en nariz. Firme, aburrido y plano. Sin complejidad alguna aunque conserva una indudable profundidad. No le auguro un largo futuro. -

August 20, 2020 - This is a nice wine. Nose is elegant: dark cherry, licorice, earth or savory truffle, rose petal, and a balanced bit of vanilla and clove. Palate is cherry, licorice, crushed raspberries, and tobacco box (if that's a thing). Tannins are present but well integrated. Good out of the bottle, but better with a brief decant.
