December 16, 2022 - Moderately light red colour. Strawberry and cherry, followed by floral notes. Light body and clean finish.

May 31, 2022 - Well, I want to swim in this bottle.
Bouquet of simmered plums & root beer - love this.
Palate of leather, tar, strawberry shortcake & mushrooms, with a hint of nutmeg. Over the evening, it settles down with more caramel & funky notes.
It seems to improve each year…time to restock. -

Slight browning at the rim. Nose is very floral with raspberry - like raspberry jam - earth & spices...
Palate? Cherry & oak straight away - with a touch of leather & tobacco on the mid...

June 6, 2021 - 2018 pale raspberry hue with intense #pinotnoir aromas. Perfumed mix of plums rose petals and cassis. Juicy palate with similar notes. Somewhat short at first but after an hour the palate develops beautifully. Very good.

May 30, 2021 - Extraordinarily consistent and evolving in a very nice way. Gained some weight in the last 12 months and even gain in complexity. Very serious Pinot. You need to pay a lot more to get this quality level in Burgundy or in Oregon. Drank my 750ml bottles over the last year and will age my Magnum. Expecting my Home Block and Block 2 2019 this week, can't wait to taste them.
