December 9, 2023 - Complex wine that needed about 30 min to open up. Very floral with honey, strong lees-y character and yellow tree fruit (apple/pear/quince) supported by oak. Bone dry with high acidity

August 25, 2022 - [Restaurant purchase] My second wine from Brendan Stater-West and also my second Brézé (the other from Guiberteau). Good but not great; initially a bit flat, after 30m rough decanting a bit more open. Not as balanced as I would like, high (brazing I would say) acidity, but not accompanied by enough (fruit) aroma’s.

November 2, 2020 - Promising but a bit blocky at this point. It's a block of translucent citrus rock. Everything seems to be in place but tightly bound upon itself. No one has any experience with aging these so we're all guessing but I think that it will be a very good wine in a few years. I put a couple away to see.
