  Moderately translucent ruby red color with a youthful purple hue. Youthful, primary and quite fruit-driven nose with aromas of bilberries, ripe strawberries, some plummy fruit, a little bit of savory wood spice, a distinctive hint of green, fragrant herbs and a touch of vanilla. The overall feel is youthful, quite primary and pretty straightforward. The wine is ripe but not particularly heavy or overtly ripe on the palate, having a medium body and vibrant flavors of boysenberries, some dark plummy fruit, a little bit of peppery spice, light woody tones, a hint of strawberry and a touch of vanilla. The overall structure is quite a bit on the soft side with the quite modest acidity and quite mellow medium tannins that slowly pile up on the gums. The finish is somewhat warm with medium-long flavors of black cherries, some plummy dark fruit, a little bit of bilberry, light woody notes of savory oak spice, a hint of dried herbs and a touch of boysenberry juice.
  
  A pleasant, soft and easy little red wine. Comes across as pretty anonymous, not showing much character. Good for an accessible weekday wine for simple hearty dishes or just on its own. Priced somewhat according to its quality at 14,98€.
