March 27, 2023 - This, to me, is a pre-Parker era, super-charging Bordeaux style blend wine. There’s something that got lost in the Napa imitation game (including my $$). The oak is subdued, there to tease out the fruit, not overwhelm it. Great wine with grilled meats and vegetables, or a plate of pasta with red sauce.
