January 23, 2008 - The Battaglini make some solid wine the natural way. They say their wines don't age much but the same night we drank the 03 we opened a friends 98 and it was great. This wine is good now and will probably age about the same.
Color – Dark purple
Appearance – clarity a little cloudy
Aroma – Red fruit with some mineral tones
Body – Robust and a little dirty in the mouth
Taste – Dry, medium acid
Textures – Sharp
Finish - sharp with some acid
