October 26, 2020 - Bottle breathe for 2 hours and then double decant before serving. Still a baby but it offers loads of fruit (but not simple ones) and power with some complexity. Medium to long finishing. The wine keeps evolving in the next 1.5 hours. Good value and interested to try again in a few years time
