August 30, 2020 - Delicious. Smooth, long finish. Lovely peach apricot. Slurped it down. Great stuff

December 25, 2006 - The perfect sweeetness shows off the fruity, crispy classic gewurztraminer qualities. Should drink now. By default we opened it with some creme caramel after christmas dinner, to which it did not add nor detract. Would recommend strawberries next time. Outstanding.

February 16, 2006 - Opened for about 30 minutes. Lighter gold color with just a hint of yellow, opaque. Sweet melon aroma, some nut, very powerful. Really nice texture on the palate, but not a lot of flavor at first. Some spice and honey then kicks in hard, with texture lingering, leading to a huge spicy honey finish. Love it. Drink up.
