    October 19, 2019 - Amazing...
    Still perfectly drinkable...!

October 19, 2019 - A nice evening with good friends (@ JK): Caramel and nuts in the complex and mature bouquet. Same on the palate , caramel, honey, butter, beautiful acidity. The wine improves significantly with more air time.

November 1, 2017 - Laville Haut Brion Blanc Dinner (Tocqueville): Burnt, toasty, coffee. Flawed.

October 1, 2015 - Our second bottle (well, half bottle) on Tapas China National Day. Golden yellow on the eye is seductive. Aromas of toast, mature ripe fruits, chocolate and an older lady perfume of soft caramel and burnt toffee. Palate was smooth, syrupy, honey and caramel. Cotton candy and long, lingering finish. Oooweebaby, truly a treat!!!
