December 31, 2022 - Drank after two hour decant. The aroma is wonderful, beguiling and a joy in its own right. Seamless, complex and evolving. Elements of perfumed blue and red fruits, pencil having and flowers with a far of herb garden. Medium bodied with good power delivered throughout the palate. Elements of the darker part of morello cherry present too. A joy to smell.

October 21, 2022 - Young for sure, but haven’t had one in a while and it was the only vintage I had more than one bottle of, beautiful nose of dark berry fruits, toasted spices , some dried earthy notes, subtle olive, hint of oak, very elegant mouthfeel with everything in harmony, enough acidity to keep it fresh, ripe tannins providing a nice grip but not austerity and generous fruit all with an incredibly long finish. This is simply an amazing wine, a joy to drink now that should continue to develop beautifully for another 2 or 3 decades

March 28, 2022 - Tasted blind. Of all the Sadie offerings at the tasting, this was the most complex, refined red wine. Darker in color with noticeable oak flavors (cinnamon, baking spice, coffee) that give way to ripe blue and black fruits, savory notes, and chewy tannins. Super smooth, super sophisticated, and super delicious. I can't recall having a better South African wine... ever.

March 21, 2021 - Dufter av varme bær - bjørnebær med litt alkohol og maling. Varm, sødmefull frukt i munnen også, men likevel god friskhet. Saftig munnfølelse, men relativt kort ettersmak. God vin, men ikke veldig kompleks, i alle fall ikke på detet stadiet. Ikke verdt pengene (850,-)
