June 6, 2020 - An Outdoor Clam Bake: A good wine. I did Coravin tastes for all in Riedel chardonnay glasses, which convinced everyone we should drink the wine. Lots of finesse and charm, albeit perhaps even better with a year or two of bottle age? Lemon, apple, flowers and minerality. We had this at Jen's first outdoor clam bake. It would be even more wonderful with an herbal, roast chicken.
