August 4, 2023 - My first pet-nat & from Wales to boot! Ruby colour. Stewed dark fruit and intense black olive on the nose. The olive follows through with apple cider and tart cherry on the palate. Pétillant. Medium bodied & medium tannins. Rather sour finish. Feels rustic.
