April 12, 2024 - PYCM is my favorite white Burg producer: one of his trade marks is the reductive style, matchstick, stone, white peach, tropical fruit, soft toast, apricot, light to medium round, great long lasting finish.

January 15, 2024 - Thoroughly enjoyed this. PYCM taking things in a different direction? Much less reductive than what I was expecting. This was immediately drinkable right after opening the bottle. Ripe citrus and orchard fruit, salted butter, a touch of the signature PYCM reduction. On the palate, creamy and open knit with medium acid lift.
