March 1, 2024 - (65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot, 14.5%. Verkostet im Dezember 2021 in Windisch). Tiefgründiges Bouquet, dunkle Frucht, schwarze Johannisbeere, rauchige Noten, auch Graphit, mit Luft florale Töne, komplex. Im Gaumen kräftig, füllig, der Wein zeigt Druck und viel Struktur, dunkle Frucht, viel, fein verwobene Gerbstoffe, top Säure. Langes, leicht herbes Finale. Ein Charakterkopf, der noch etwas reifen darf. 2025-2040+

October 24, 2023 - They are not a great fan of over ripe or over extracted or over woody. 60% Cabernet, 20% merlot, the lest franc and a little bit petite verdot. Wonderful nose with the graphite minerality, nicely held to it. And that holds through to the palate as well.

October 16, 2023 - Domaine visit. Youthful nose of dark fruit, menthol, good complexity. Tannins a bit young still, best after 2029.

August 21, 2023 - Double decanted 1 hour prior to tasting, served last so probably 3 hours open before tasting this one. Served blind.
Dark, tannic but showed strong fruit and strong tannin structure. One that can age a few years to get some of the tannins to settle down.
I liked it. Room liked the other wine it was poured with better and unanimously chose that one (2018 Auclair Ciel De Cheval).1 person found this helpful Comment -

April 26, 2023 - Medium dark garnet to ruby. Long legs. Cherry, blackberry, leather, oak. A bit astringent. Needs a couple of years to soften. Great potential. Nice, lingering and consistent finish
