December 1, 2021 - Super flinty, stoney and lots of minerals in the nose and same with taste but the flavor adds some white peach and lime. Very smooth finish, not flinty or dry, but it has those characteristics in a wonderful way. Should hold for a year 2022-2023 and be even more complex
