December 21, 2023 - Excellent, as expected. I noticed a distinct salinity which stood out more than mineral or citrus notes that were more prominent in the 2009’s I enjoyed earlier this year. This is such a consistently reliable wine from Boillot.

October 1, 2023 - Most mature of the three bottles drank this year. Intriguing in some ways but the I prefer to have more fruit on the palate. Still very enjoyable, but not as much.

June 7, 2023 - Part of all grand cru Burgundy tasting at Bymark. Very first wine of the white wine group. Bright yellow gold. Forward apple, lemon with just a touch of wood. Very good balance and intensity on the palate, but mostly the balance on the finish stood out. Long finish. Most elegant of the three whites.
