  April 10, 2022 - Nice and full bodied with an almost creamy texture. 100 year old vines - it shows. Deep and complex wine. High alcohol and ripe red fruit. There is definitely a hint of sweetness to the wine.

  May 5, 2021 - Opened this over dinner at home to pair with a home cooked ribeye steak and marinated pork chops.
  
  Dark purple in colour with beautiful violets, rich plums and some cocca on the nose. On the palate, the sweet juices were evident, followed some floral notes, coupled with buttery vanilla and ripe berries with a cleanm slightly crisp finish. Nice, long lingering finish with a aromatic cream in the glass.
  
  Nice wine with good potential for aging.

  Fresh berry jam, chocolate. Spicy oak. Iron, tar.
  
  Sweet concentrated berry-fruited palate. Oak playing a supporting role. Juicy palate and finishes refreshingly clean. Quite a lot of fine tannins. Good length; initially fruit-driven but then finishing with lingering oak flavour.
  
  Opinion: Enjoyable young red blend.
