March 25, 2023 - Absolutely singing right now with a good mushroom risotto!
Beautiful aromas of red cherries, florals, vanilla and spices.
Medium body, very balanced in tannins and acidity.

November 1, 2022 - Good primary light fruit.
Really high acid.
Easy to drink!
Medium and round tannin, due to 70% large barrel and 30% barrique for 12 months.
Oak is present, especially without decanting, but it compliments the wine very well, gives an extra aspect.
On the first day very primary, on the second day a little more cellar and dusty, but the acidity is still complete.1 person found this helpful -
