April 5, 2021 - Premier nez affreux sur la vieille cave. La bouteille est simplement laissé ouverte et regoûter 3h après. Tout de suite c'est une autre histoire même en ne reniflant que le goulot! Dans le verre, c'est une véritable explosion d'arômes évolués, on les sent même à distance raisonnable du verre : bois précieux, sous-bois, poivron fumé, graphite, cuir, tabac, fruits rouges cuits. Très très joli et sans cesse changeant !
La bouche est au rendez-vous. Elle offre un grain patiné, de la fraîcheur, du volume et encore une belle densité. Au début la fin de bouche est légèrement serrée mais l'ensemble s'assouplit et gagne en harmonie avec l'aération dans le verre. Je suis totalement conquis par la délicatesse et l'élégance qui se dégagent.
Persistance solide, d'une bonne longueur, complexe, sans être non plus renversante.
Superbe bouteille qui m'a semblé atteindre son pic 1h après s'être servi le 1er verre. Quelle belle rencontre !1 person found this helpful Comment -
