December 20, 2020 - Txakoli will always have a soft spot in my heart. A wine I discovered while visiting Basque Country, I look forward to drinking it everytime I even hear the word txakoli.
This one has the effervesence and the racy acidity (in a good way) that I remembered. It also has great fruity flavors and a nice finish. -

October 9, 2020 - Fun bottle. Slightly effervescent, racy acid, reminds me of a coastal Italian white. Not sure I’d characterize this as glou glou, but it’s something that does well on its own without food
