Community Tasting Notes 3

    April 28, 2024 - White wines night.

First 30 minutes there is very unremarkable scents nor any taste from the bowl. Even at 90 minutes the wine still dormant. No signs of life, anythings. Only after 120 minutes, the rush of full bouqute of white lily, carnation and complex layers of white flowers start filling the bowl.

On the palate is very simple at first 90 minutes, nothing. Feel almost like still water with little alcohol contents. But when 2 hours pass-by the fresh acidity start jumping in along with the white and yellow stone fruits. Feel like complex luxury parfume with multiple layers of luxurious scent. The structure are full of lively acidity and minerals that keep pushing into the long aftertaste. Brilliantly made.

February 3, 2024 - Drinking very well now. Citrus, white peach, grapefruit, hay, almonds and light brioche. Emerging maturity and a long finish. Lovely!

April 5, 2022 - Pale gold color. Super delicious nose of citrus tarte, brown butter, brioche, mustard and a hint of saffron. Minerality on point aswell. The taste is quite similar to the nose with the addition of toast and carambola. Could probably stay in the cellar for 3-5 years as the acidity is a little sharp.
