August 21, 2022 - Lovely, and drinking well right now, but could age a few more years without a problem. Some sediment in the bottle, surprisingly. This has more complexity than some of the more fruit forward Dolcetto we've had recently. It's a little spicier and more earthy. Paired it with turkey burgers, no decant.

April 15, 2022 - dark cherry, blueberry, florals. Juicy, plump fruit with herbs and minerality. Really well balanced, enough acid to give freshness and tannins supporting the structure.

November 1, 2021 - Wow. Really impressed with this. So much depth and at a great price. Plenty of dark fruits, but really well balanced by more savory flavors. Drinking very well now.
