March 23, 2011 - Light yellow. Peach and mineral nose. A bit too cold but even so delicious flavours and a very nice finish. Drank it too fast.

March 11, 2011 - Bill's Monthly Lunch - March 2011 (Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind – Light to medium lemon in colour. On the nose there are hints of tropical fruits, some smokiness and citrus. Flavours of citrus with coconut notes coming through on the finish. Medium body. Drinks well now. Very good.
