January 15, 2023 - As always: delightful, crisp champagne

September 21, 2022 - Nice profile of lemon, stone fruit, hint of minerality and toasty. On the palate, dry, refreshing, pleasant. No fault. Good price as well.

August 12, 2022 - Medium bodied, very dry and refreshing, showing subtle mineral, tiny yeasty notes, very subtle citrus. Very good. Had a glass at Happy Lobster as aperitif before the sea food.

    April 24, 2021 - The 9/19/19 disgorgement - dsg 4g/l - 4 yrs on lees - 40% Chard, 60% PN & PM
Adding ginger, lime-zest/flesh, & lighter on the creamsicle from last bottle(s).
This disgorgement has been steadily improving.

April 20, 2021 - Can't believe this is my 1st note on this one; have already been through multiple cases of 750's & 375's.
    dg 9/19/19 - dsg 4g/l - 4 yrs on lees - 40% Chard, 60% PN & PM
Nose > Big, salty, slightly pungent, mineral-infused oyster-shell with fresh & crushed lime, & a hint of violet & licorice.
This disgorgement's really been adding lots of salty oyster-shell over the past 12-ish months, along with a bit of orange creamsicle of late.
Palate > Drinks like a more heavily dominant BdB blend (40%) than it is.
Mineralized white fruit, lime, oyster-shell, Ranier cherry, tart white & green orchard fruit. Touches of licorice & hint of Italian semolina bread in background.
Lots of personality, & all of a piece.
Some round, creamy richness, with great acidity.
    Drinks quite dry.
    Med+ intensity. Med+ length.
This is in the perfect place now for my palate; will continue adding to the big, salty oyster-shell, & creamy rich orange creamsicle will continue replacing lime flavors/aromas as it goes forward.
