January 16, 2023 - Rich red, stewed fruit with cinnamon. Tannins are pretty strong still.

August 14, 2022 - Toasty oak and smore nose, minor notes of dark chocolate raspberry. Taste is very balanced for what I was expecting from the nose, a real....head nodder...."wow this is really good". Silky texture to enjoy sipping but enough body to keep up with your steak

March 11, 2022 - Deep dark red color, black fruit and leather notes, lots of vanilla and black currant on the palate. Still has good amount of tannins, tart and dry aftertaste.
