  May 6, 2022 - Pale appearance.
  Ripe nose, has a fresh and soft feel, soft herby, floral and succulent, a touch phenolic and oily but not under ripe. Distinctly herby and gooseberry.
  
  Fresh and ripe on the palate, lots of tang – super acidity, pretty stimulating and fine. Nice crisp and savoury, a hint of asparagus. Juicy, crisp and properly dry. Very good.

  September 12, 2021 - Long been a fan of the Cape Crest version of this wine, decide to give this a try on a warm late summer day. Aromas of pink grapefruit, white peach, cut grass and minerals. Attractive and simple, with bright tropical fruit and citrus flavors. Exceptionally crisp with a tart edge to it.
