  September 29, 2021 - Disappointing. On opening the nose was of citrus and grass, and the first sip was OK., but after being open 10-15 minutes its lost all flavor and felt like a flavored water.

  August 15, 2021 - Sauvignon Blanc Zoom tasting. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
  Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of citrus lime, light white flowers, steely + flint mineraliry, slight tinge of grassiness. Youthful.
  On the palate, dry, crisp somewhat high acidity but at times feels like medium+, medium- alcohol ()12.6%), medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of honeysuckle water, green honeydew melon, guava, citrus lime, bit of grassiness. Rounded edges. Medium finish.
  Good quality. Sweet fruit, though overall seems to walk a straight path of neutrality, as in it neither fazes or amazes. Drink fresh.
