December 18, 2022 - The bourbon barrel aging has reduced the sweetness and added enough complexity compared to a regular Josh cab to make it a good everyday drinking kind of wine.

July 18, 2021 - Substantially better than the previous vintage opens with almost taste syrupy like Aroma to the nose.. has great depth with deep dark Taste of dark berries and chocolate wow a spicy finish leaves you wanting. The Bourbon Barrel aging really comes through more nice upgrade from 2017

March 19, 2021 - Medium dark ruby hue. Aromas of oak, plum, raspberry, strawberry, and vanilla. Medium body, medium tannins, medium-plus acidity. Bit of alcohol heat on the backend. Nevertheless, very approachable and soft for a Cabernet Sauvignon. Bourbon-barrel aging rounds out the tannins and brings its share of red fruit and vanilla to the palate.
