  April 13, 2024 - PnP. Plum, blue fruit, violets, some cassis. Lovely soft, round fruit character. Good acidity, medium body, soft, integrated tannins. I love where this is at. No rush to drink it, but I think this is at its peak and wont' get significantly better. I think a slight chill does a lot for it.

  October 27, 2023 - Violets, tobacco nose. Light body, high acidity with notes of plumb and cherries. Best to drink soon, but drank well over two days.

  July 21, 2023 - Lots of violet. Juicy Beaujolais type fruit. Licorice. Plums. Morello cherries. Hint of cinnamon. This is really delicious served slightly chilled. Great with food. I’d buy this again. Fantastic for the price. Maybe the best cab franc experience of the week.

  February 3, 2022 - Blaubeere, Johannisbeere, viel Papikapulver und etwas mentholige Frische in der Nase, leichtem Joghurt -Ton; außerdem etwas Röstgemüse, zu dem bereis das Bouquet garni gegeben wurde 🤷‍♂️
  
  Am Gaumen pfeffrig-würzig, tomatig-fleischig, mit einer ordentlichen Portion Tannin, mit etwas belegter Frucht. Auch hier leicht laktisch, darunter aber sehr dunkel und mineralisch.
  
  Knochentrocken. kompromisslos und ein gutes Beispiel dafür, dass es auch ohne Holz geht. Ich hatte vorhin Wraps mit Chili dazu, am Grill oder Smoker wäre das mein idealer Begleiter.

  August 15, 2021 - Consistent with previous notes. Red and blue fruit, violets, herbs. It's got lovely full fruit, but good acid and enough tannins to frame it all. Easy drinking, food friendly.
