Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Phillemon! Likes this wine:

November 26, 2022 - Deep clear garnet with no deposit. Pronounced nose with blackcurrant and clear but not offensive notes of green bell pepper. On the palate the same notes with medium acidity and medium (resolved) tannin and good length. Not much in terms of cedar and earthy notes. Nicely balanced and drinking very nicely now.

May 23, 2022 - Complex bouquet with beautiful oak and good acidity. I made too few notes unfortunately. No score for today. Hope to taste again sometime.
