December 5, 2014 - Classic Wm. Cole......pepper, jammy and dark berries. Had at a restaurant. It was a real crowd pleaser. Opened for about 45 minutes.....no decant and did not need it. In a drinking prime, but not tired by any measure.

May 26, 2014 - Strong raspberry, typical of what I get from WC. Lots of fruit, seemed like tannins were in background on first opening, came out more over evening. Hard for me to see this getting better, but no rush. Lovely, if not outstanding.

September 26, 2013 - Decanted for 1 hour. That was adequate and worked. (The winery had suggested I decant for at least 3 hours if I drank a bottle before 2010.) Pepper, jammy, dark berries. Complex. It has lots of life left, but I do not think it will improve. So, drink at will and enjoy
