May 25, 2021 - What an elegant old lady!! Thought I was drinking a 25 year old Medoc. So smooth and integrated, no one quality obscuring another. Black cherry, vanilla, medium finish. So well made!
    Served with grilled delmonico steaks.

October 18, 2019 - Most of the fruit is gone, but what is left is mild and earthy that goes very well with grilled beef.
