December 23, 2022 - Straw yellow in the glas. Toast, honey and apples on the nose. Some citrus and pear. Dry. Rich and layered. Apple, citrus and nutty-notes on the palate. BftB🥂🍾

October 26, 2022 - A private dinner with friends (Noble Rot Wine Bar & Restaurant, London, UK): A blend of 51% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier and 14% Chardonnay, bottled 30 and 31 July 2020, disgorged 10 December 2021. Base vintage 2019 with 17% reserve wines, dosage 1 gr/l, 12% ABV. The acidity is quite brisk, but the fruit flavours are ripe and there are lovely hints of toast and nuts.

Brown apple and dark cherry on the nose, marmite.
Quite mellow on the palate, nice fruit, full texture. Nutty.
