December 23, 2023 - Well balanced, enjoyable wine which paired well with vegetarian lasagna. I don’t think I would buy it again though as I think similar qualities can be obtained for a lot less money.

December 2, 2023 - Optik: Klares, mittlere rubinrot.
Nase: Sauber. Ausgeprägte Aromen von Kirschen, Erdbeeren, Vanille, Zedernholz, Schokolade. Erste Reifenoten.
Gaumen: Trocken, hohe, füllige Säure, festes, feines Tannnin, hoher Alkohol 14%, voller Körper mit mittleren Aromen wie in der Nase. Langer Abgang.
Ausgezeichnete Qualität. Wein ist schön balanciert, hat ein sehr präsentes Säuregerüst mit festen aber bestens integrierten Tanninen. Durck im Gaumen und ein schönes Aromaspiel. Kann getrunken werden, hat noch 2-3 Jahre Reifepotential und dann weitere 10 Lagerpotential. -

Mittleres rubinrot
Nase:
intensive Aromen von Himbeer, Kirschen, Marmelade, Schokolade, Vanille, reife Pflaumen. Voll gereift.
Geschmack:
trocken, hohe Säure, hohes Tannin, hoher Alkohol, voller Körper mit intensiven Aromen wie in der Nase, langer Abgang.
Qualität:
sehr gute Qualität
Trinkreife:
jetzt trinken.
Gesamturteil: Typischer Sangiovese, jetzt in optimaler Trinkreife. Tannine sind gezähmt, aber immer noch deutlich spürbar. Braucht ein gutes Stück Fleisch für optimalen Genuss. -

Superbe. Raffiné et bien parfumé.
Sur les fleurs, les épices (poivre et anis),
des cerises noires et une pointe d'élevage.
Les tannins sont charnus et la finale
bien longue et complexe.
