December 11, 2023 - Slightly brownish rim. High acidity. Smooth tannins. Needs 30 minutes in the glass. However pungent acidity remains. Not on the fruity side. Some glue at first. Has difficulties to keep up with Sierre Nuove and L‘ Aurage. Keept half bottle for three days in the fridge. Now we have got a complete wine. No disturbing aromatics. Still full bodied but a notch leaner. More serious and in balance. Drank with more joy. Would cellar this wine for some more years.
